| We got the data of feeding event of elephant seal. They eat some food in the deep sea. The video need light because deep sea is pitch-dark. We chose infrared light not to disturb the behavior of elephant seal . The absorbance of infrared light in the water is very strong. But we could shot the target of distance 50cm . It is very important the timing of shot. We designed the event driven video that starts video shot from feeding timing . |

Video Logger is attached on the head of Elephant seal. Video lens is covered by the adhensive material to protect from damage. The adhensive material melts in the water. The instrument that has a antenna is ARGOS transmitter to send the GPS data. |
